Richard Petagna Chief Financial Officer

Rich Petagna is a financial professional with over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries.  Prior to joining Metro, Rich held financial leadership positions at ALU Inc., GES, Sprint and Virgin Mobile.

Rich is a firm believer in developing strong cross-functional relationships with business partners. He is a team-first leader, and believes that the strength of the team is built upon the different perspectives and experiences each individual brings to the table. Teamwork and collaboration are key characteristics in the workplace, and are imperative to success, along with the belief that teams should always look for ways to work smarter.

Rich lives in Edison, NJ with his wife, Aimee, sons, Shane, Dillon and Braden, along with their pet dog, Dom, and two cats, Roo and Marley (all adopted!). A graduate of St. John's University (NY) with a BS in Accounting, Rich earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix. In his spare time, he is active coaching baseball and basketball.
