As Metro’s Human Resource Manager, Denise DiGiacinto’s genuine, welcoming voice is the first one most prospective employees hear.
She has been with Metro Exhibits for eight years, starting as the part-time receptionist. Wearing many hats throughout the years, and learning the ins and outs of every job at Metro as it has grown and evolved, Denise ultimately created Metro’s Human Resource Department.
Denise aims to maximize employee retention and productivity, while attracting quality candidates, by ensuring that Metro remains an industry leader in employee and company culture. She promotes a positive employee experience, consciously treating all workers with complete respect, trust, and transparency, and encouraging the same behaviors company-wide. Denise’s door is always open, as she welcomes open communication and “wants every employee to prosper and feel that they do meaningful work for the company and themselves.”
Prior to Metro, Denise was an administrator working directly with the V.P. of Employment at The C.I.T. Group in Livingston, N.J. for six years, before leaving to raise her two children. Today, Denise loves to travel, decorate, cook, and entertain. She can usually be found with her family and friends for Sunday dinners or hanging in her backyard with her “peeps,” her favorite past time.
She lives in Verona, New Jersey with her husband Anthony, and their two children, Alyssa and Anthony.
