Phil Zamloot is a people person through and through. He entered the trade show industry as a salesman because it allowed him to pursue his passion: fostering meaningful relationships with all different kinds of people.
Phil founded Metro Exhibits in 2008 when he spotted a need in the industry—an exhibiting company prioritizing customer service and relationships above all else. He opted to produce exhibits in-house to increase flexibility and customization. Most important, he brought on a team of people with diverse skills sets, but each had something in common: they understood the value of collaboration, trust and unique perspectives.
When Phil is not getting to know his clients, he enjoys spending time in his Randolph home with his wife Cindy and sons Phil and Matt. Sports are an important part of Phil’s life, whether he’s coaching his boys, taking them to Jets and Giants games, or spending a day on the golf course.
Moving forward, Phil’s goal is to continue building new relationships and nurturing existing ones, while maintaining the essence of Metro’s company culture—exuberant, creative and service-oriented.
