As the Director of Marketing at Metro, Carole Lotito is a true generalist, with experience across an array of B2B and B2C industries including nonprofits, broadcast TV, print and digital advertising, international trade shows, healthcare, and retail grocery, and as a solopreneur, providing marketing services for nonprofits and small businesses.
Like many Metro employees, she has been both a buyer and a provider of trade show and event services, and so, she has a strong appreciation of the customer journey. Given the turnover in the industry as a result of the recent pandemic, her approach is both promotional and educational, helping both new and seasoned customers navigate the trade show process so they are completely confident in their investment.
Carole is an early adopter of digital marketing tactics including social media and search engine optimization, and has added to her Montclair State University B.A. with certificates in digital marketing from Rutgers University (Mini MBA) and Columbia University. She is also certified in several Adobe graphics platforms. Carole is a member of Bergen LEADS, a community leadership group, and is on the Advisory Council of New Bridges Medical Center.
In her spare time, Carole loves cooking, baking, gardening and trivia. She lives in New Milford, NJ, with her husband, Vic, and their daughter, Chrissie and granddaughter, Gabby. They also have two sons: Michael, and Rocky.
