1. Program Name and Description

Metro Exhibits SMS Lead Alerts is an internal messaging program through which participating Metro Exhibits sales representatives receive SMS notifications when website visitors or prospective customers request sales follow-up or otherwise generate a lead requiring attention.

2. Enrollment and Consent

Participation is voluntary. Eligible Metro Exhibits personnel enroll through an internal enrollment process by providing a mobile telephone number and affirmatively consenting to receive recurring SMS Lead Alert notifications. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of employment or use of any other Metro Exhibits service.

3. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on lead activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless service plan. Metro Exhibits does not charge a separate fee for participation in the SMS Lead Alerts program.

4. Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Metro Exhibits SMS Lead Alert. After you send STOP, we may send a message confirming your opt-out. For assistance, reply HELP or contact Metro Exhibits at privacy@metroexhibits.com or 973-575-9100.

5. Mobile Information and Messaging Consent

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Metro Exhibits may disclose such information to service providers acting on its behalf solely as necessary to provide and support the messaging program, or as otherwise required by law.

Metro Exhibits handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://metroexhibits.com/privacy-policy.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and network availability.

8. Eligibility and Mobile Number Responsibility

You must be authorized to use the mobile number enrolled in the program. If you change, transfer, or deactivate that number, you are responsible for notifying Metro Exhibits or opting out before relinquishing the number.

9. Changes to These Terms

Metro Exhibits may modify these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted at the public SMS Terms URL with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
