WHAT IF A SHOW CANCELS—OR WE CHANGE OUR MIND FOR ANY REASON?

Metro Exhibits offers a $250 non-refundable insurance policy upon agreement signing.  Even without insurance, there is no risk to you if you cancel. You’ll have a credit with us to exhibit at a future date, and any work already completed will be stored for you.

 

HOW CAN WE MAKE OUR BOOTH STAFF AND VISITORS FEEL SAFE?

We’ve been designing Covid safety-aligned structures (like beautiful semi-permanent outdoor dining areas and practical plexi-dividers for schools and offices) since the pandemic started, so we’re all about safety, looks and practicality. Our flexible trade show booth designs reduce close contact while inviting engagement. And of course, we make sure they adhere to specific show regulations.

WILL SUPPLY CHAIN DELAYS MAKE OUR BOOTH CONSTRUCTION A NAIL-BITER?

Metro has larger on-hand resources than many exhibit houses, since we’ve stayed active throughout the pandemic and we’re able to plan ahead.  Besides that, we fabricate everything in our own shops. So despite shortages and delays that may confound other booth builders, our projects are practically stress-free.

 

WE WAITED AS LATE AS POSSIBLE TO DECIDE TO EXHIBIT–CAN WE STILL GET A GREAT BOOTH?

Absolutely! We’re able to deliver turnkey booth options in most any size that look custom in a much shorter time frame than you’d expect.

WILL THE CURRENT TRANSPORTATION ISSUES AFFECT OUR PROJECT?

With locations around the country, Metro ships directly from our regional warehouses to your venue using our own trucks whenever possible, making shipping flexible, reliable and less costly. In addition, we fabricate a bit earlier than usual to be ahead of any unexpected delays.

 

HOW CAN WE BE SURE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE OUR SWAG ORDER IN TIME?

When you order your tradeshow swag on a mega website, your items may not arrive in time for your show–and you may not learn until it’s too late.

At Metro Plus, your online order is managed by our show support professionals, who place and track your request, and have the resources and experience to find alternatives in plenty of time if necessary. They’ll also give you great ideas and advice. And with that very personal service, our prices are just as competitive as those big sites.

 

WHAT IF OUR BOOTH STAFF CANCELS DUE TO TRAVEL REGULATONS OR PERSONAL SITUATIONS?

Even without a pandemic, situations can change unexpectedly. Metro has the resources to staff your exhibit with high-performing onsite trade show support and sales professionals with minimal notice.

  • PROJECT AND ACCOUNT MANAGERS Most of our customers use our traditional work model: partnering with a dedicated Metro Project Manager to handle every detail from design to dismantle. You’ll have their cellphone number to use at any time (including evenings and weekends).
