LOCATION: Pine Brook, NJ
The Manager of Inventory Planning will be responsible for managing Metro Exhibits inventory for all locations. They will create and apply inventory policies to maintain the desired level of inventory. The Manager will work closely with the City Managers of all locations to align and stay connected on inventory plans. This position reports to the Production Manager.

- Manage location mapping, single-/multi homing strategy, service level strategy plan and manage inventory rebalancing across Metro locations and set targets by Distribution Center locations.
- Support Demand/Inventory Review, Supply Review, and Integrated Reconciliation
- Supervise the identification/resolution of discrepancies within inventory.
- Support business execution of new programs and initiatives
- Build relationships, interact, and collaborate with sales, operations, finance, procurement, demand management, and supply chain partners.
Qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- 5+ Years of working experience in related field.
- 3+ Years of managing both inhouse and satellite locations employees.
- Exhibit force is a must.
- Proficiency in Smart Sheet
- Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining inventory planning policies, processes, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Experience in reviewing inventory planning KPIs and developing plans to address issues.
- Experience in inventory planning projects to improve service and productivity.
- Leadership experience in approving changes to inventory planning parameters
- Knows how to influence creatives effectively while maintaining a strong partnership.
- Can drive initiatives and tactics required to meet and exceed goals.
- Moves easily from strategic to tactical and back.
- Participating in other warehouse detail as needed

Pay range $80,000 to $100,000 based on skillset and experience
