Front Desk Administrator (Part-Time)

Position: Part Time – Front Desk Administrator 

Reporting to: Denise DiGiacinto, Human Resource Manager 



This position of Front Desk Administrator is crucial as it serves as the initial point of contact for Metro Exhibits, representing the company to callers, visitors, clients, vendors and potential employees.  This role also involves managing key administrative tasks and supporting office maintenance.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Smartsheet a plus.

  • Proficient in navigating on the web or social media platforms

Front Desk 

  • Cheerfully greet and assist customers/visitors/staff. 
  • Answer phones, screen, and transfer calls, take messages via a multi-line switchboard. 
  • Works closely with the Human Resources Manager on various HR Administrative tasks and also collaborates with the Marketing Director on related initiatives. 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. 
  • Make service calls for office/warehouse. 



The hours for this position are flexible, with options of 9:00 am to 3:00 pm or 10:00 am to 4pm. 

The flexibility of this role is perfect for someone in need of a work-life balance with children, as an example. However, it is crucial that the hours are consistent to maintain smooth front desk operation and work flow.
