The position of Coordinator, Sales Operations is a key role in the Sales Operations department.

It supports the success of Metro Exhibits’ business development efforts, by leading the quoting/estimation process on jobs in a timely fashion and supporting the overall success of the business. You will learn all facets of the business by collaborating with other key internal business functions. If you think a career in Sales is your thing, this is where you want to start!

A sampling of your responsibilities are:

  • Collaborate with internal business functions such as Business Development, Production, Project Management, Design/Creative
  • Deliver quotes/estimation on jobs to Business Development team in a timely (24-48 hour) manner
  • Effective delivery of quotes via standardized system in CRM
  • Over time, ability to review and approve price quotes on contracts before submission to client
  • Ability to screen Webchat leads and pass-off to Sales Team
  • Capturing Webchat leads and tagging Representatives in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Over time, work with team on negotiating key elements in the job price list
  • Co-management of vendor online ordering system
  • Co-management of updated Sales Collateral in CRM (Salesforce)
