My concierge is your dedicated event management team, behind the scenes.

Ray Zamloot

Managing Director

Ray Zamloot
Ray Zamloot, our Managing Director, joined Metro Exhibits in February 2013. In his current role, Ray is primarily responsible for broadly managing the sales and marketing functions of the organization including its web properties, incentives programs, email and all marketing channels.

 

Prior to joining Metro Exhibits, Ray worked in Sales and Sales Operations at Reckitt Benckiser. In this latter role, Ray was responsible for managing the operations of their 150 person healthcare sales team including sales force automation, incentive compensation plans and sales force effectiveness initiatives. Earlier in his career, Ray was a CPA at Deloitte & Touche. He resides in Caldwell with his wife Lorraine and three children.

Rob Di Mattia

Chief Operating Officer

Rob Di Mattia
Rob is an accomplished senior level executive with over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management. Rob has proven success in a multitude of different business arenas. During his time with Metro Exhibits, Rob has increased company-wide profitability with a flexible management style that incites strategic thinking and quickly adapts to industry and market changes. Some of Rob’s daily duties include evaluating market conditions to locate opportunities for entry into new marketspace, developing and fostering relationships with strategic business partners, and aiding in the development of short and long term strategic plans and budgets.

 

Prior to joining the Metro Exhibits Team, Rob created Genceutic Naturals; a leader in providing clean and trademark driven nutraceutics. After selling Genceutic Naturals in 2012 Rob joined Metro Exhibits. Rob earned his BA in Economics from Rutgers University, and his MBA from Montclair State University. He currently resides in Cedar Grove, NJ with his wife and children.

Phil Zamloot

President

Phil Zamloot
In 2008, Phil Zamloot founded Metro Exhibits with the goal of delivering the highest level of service and support for every client in every budget. To accomplish this, he assembled a talented and creative management team to ensure that every client has an opportunity to turn their exhibit concept into reality. Since inception, Metro Exhibits has built a foundation of satisfied clients that continues to grow. According to Phil, “Many exhibit houses forgot that we are in a service industry, and every client deserves a high level of service and value.”

Prior to establishing Metro Exhibits, Phil served as the VP of Sales for Nimlok, where he quickly advanced to become top salesperson in the Country. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Upsala College, where he majored in Marketing and Business. He resides in Morris County with his wife Cindy and two sons.

Joe Cancro

Vice President of Operations

Joe Cancro
Joe Cancro was one of the founders of the company in 2008. He currently serves as Vice President of Operations, with responsibilities that includes managing all aspects of exhibit construction from exhibit design to build, including transportation and onsite support. He has implemented the latest technology into the Metro exhibit production process without impacting client budget parameters.

 

Prior to Metro Exhibits, Joe was owner and operator of a Budget Rent A Car Franchise for 15 years. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Stonehill College in North Easton, Massachusetts. Joe currently resides in NJ with his wife and 3 children.

Art Caruso
Art Caruso is responsible for finding growth channels for the organization through sales and marketing initiatives.  Art is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a valuable asset to our organization.  His expertise in B2B communication and use of business development are second to none, and play a major role in our day-to-day operations.
